Running CorelDraw 7 on Windows 10
On Windows 10, CorelDraw is constantly trying to load the Windows Help program. This results in a pointless webpage being loaded for every interaction within CorelDraw, making the program impossible to use.
On earlier versions of Windows, you could download the correct software from Microsoft to correct the problem, but this is not an option for Windows 10
The solution is "simply" to delete C:\WINDOWS\WinHlp32.exe, and CorelDraw will run normally. It's not easy to delete - first change the owner of the file to yourself, change the permissions to enable you to delete it, then finally you will be able to delete it.
